1. Returns and Complaints

The customer has the right to file a complaint and request a refund within 14 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with Article 64 of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005).

However, since the products are perishable and transported frozen, the only reason for return and/or refund is if the goods arrive already spoiled or damaged. All other cases, once the package is unpacked, will be automatically rejected.

To enable our staff to accept the return or refund request, it is necessary to send an email to the following address, indicating the order number and attaching photos of the spoiled goods.

Once the validity and truthfulness of your complaint are verified, within 14 days of receiving the goods, we will proceed with a refund via credit card reversal or PayPal refund, or by bank transfer of the amount of the value of the purchased products, excluding shipping costs.

Note: According to Italian regulations, the right of withdrawal can only be exercised by consumers, i.e., individuals who purchase products for purposes not related to their professional activity. Returns and/or refunds resulting from errors not attributable to the company, if authorized, will be credited with a 20% deduction for handling fees. In any case, the cost of returning the goods will be borne by the customer. The right of withdrawal begins on the day the consumer receives the purchased goods and expires after 14 days.
